If you want to go to the UBA, I think, you need a visa, maybe you should check on
www.fmed.uba.ar to make sure.
And make sure you learn Castellano and not Catalan to come to Argentina because those languages are preety different from each other.
I'm not going to lie, UBA is hard, intense and prestigious. Nobody (anywhere) will dare to say you have a "low quality education" if you get the UBA degree. So it's VERY hard, it's not a pic-nic, but it's worth.
So, do your thinking and choose thinking about all your options
